Warranty Terms

The customer is responsible for maintaining in good condition of the goods sold until the property has passed to it.
In case of late or missed payment in the agreed terms, RG Strumenti may request the cancellation of the contract and the return  of products delivered by charging the costs of transport and those related to the depreciation suffered by the unit.


The warranty covers the repair or replacement free of charge of the unit recognized by our technical defective in workmanship or material made ex works (transport costs and packaging are charged to the customer). The appliances must be shipped in original packaging.
The warranty repair is not eligible for temporary tools in place unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, incorrect use or installation, lack of standards for cleaning and storage included in the user's manual supplied with each unit, from accidents, tampering or damage incurred during transport (except when being used authorized by our staff).
It does not include extended warranty after a repair done.
Tampering or alteration by third parties will void the warranty.
Tampering or the concealment of 'identification label (serial), or the user manual and maintenance will void the warranty.
When returning the unit must be returned in decent conditions of cleanliness, in order to avoid subjecting employees to risk of contamination from products of unknown composition. We see therefore forced to reject the withdrawal of all devices that are not in sound condition.
The warranty does not cover all the glass parts and components subject to normal wear.
Any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from failure or reduced capability of our machine does not give right to any claim or claims for damages.
The warranty is void if failure to comply with the terms of payment.
